IIC (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) respects the personal information of member and abides by the Act on Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection. Company will inform the purpose and the manner in which the personal information provided through the Privacy Protection Policy is used and the measures taken to protect the personal information. Company will notify you through the website announcement (or individual notice) when revising the Privacy Protection Policy. This policy is enforced from the membership registration at the website.
Article 1 Items of Personal Information
Company collects the following personal information for membership registration, business opportunity, application service, etc.: Name, address, login ID, password, home phone number, mobile phone number, email, date of birth, gender, business information, service usage record, access log, access IP information, education, work experience, nationality, etc.
Article 2 Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes: Management of audit schedule, audit log, audit notice, prevention of conflict of interests, membership management (member identification to use website, prevention of unauthorized use, confirmation of signing up, handling of complaints, handling of complaints, notices related to certification and other promotional events)
Article 3 Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, Company will immediately dispose the information without exception.
Article 4 Disposal Procedures and Methods of Personal Information
The disposal procedure and method are as follows: The information entered by the member for membership is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate document box). According to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to retention and use period), all personal information is stored for the certain period of time and disposed. The personal information transferred to a separate DB and hard copy will not be used for any other purpose unless it is made by law and after retention and use period deleted or disposed.
Article 5 Providing Personal Information
It is principle not to provide the member's personal information to the external party. However, except as follows:
a. If users agree in advance
b. If there is a request by the investigating agency in accordance with the provisions of the Act or the procedure and method prescribed by the Act for the purpose of investigation
Article 6 Consignment of Collected Personal Information
Company will not entrust the personal information to external party without the consent by member. If such a need arises in the future, Company will notify the member of the entrusted party and information and will obtain prior consent if necessary.
Article 7 Rights of Member and Its Exercise
Member may at any time view or modify the personal information and may ask to terminate the membership. In order to view or modify the personal information, you can click “MyPage”, or contact the person in charge of personal information by phone or e-mail. If you request correction of errors in your personal information, it may take 2-3 days to complete the correction and available service may be limited. Also, if incorrect personal information is already provided to a third party (i.e. Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy), the corrected information will be notified and applied to the third party.
Article 8 Complaint against Personal Information
You may declare any privacy complaints that may arise as a result of use of Service to the person in charge of Personal Information Management or the department at Company. If you need to report or consult about other privacy infringement, please contact the following organizations.
