Voice Recording Procedure and Calling Number

  • Auditor: Make a phone call to 031-688-3911 by using the client’s office phone.
  • Automatic Reply: “Hello! This is the voice recording system for IIC.
    Please enter your wireless number and press ‘#’ button after the beep.”
  • Auditor: Enter the 11 digits of your wireless phone number and press # button.
  • Automatic Reply: “After the beep, please identify the name of client and
    your name with your own voice and press ‘#’ button.”
  • Auditor: Record the name of client and your name and press ‘#’ button to end the voice recording.
